Tim Stevens

As Troopmaster, Tim leads Troop 337 as a whole — setting the vision for the year, coordinating between our age-division leaders, and making sure every Trailman and family has what they need to grow. He's the troop's primary point of contact and the one who keeps our weekly meetings and outdoor program running smoothly.

Chaplain

Ron Walker

As Chaplain, Ron provides spiritual leadership for Troop 337 — leading devotions and prayer at meetings and campouts, and helping weave faith through everything we do. He's also a resource for Trailmen leaders and families looking for pastoral support or encouragement in their walk with Christ.

Woodlands Trail Ranger

Rob Holt

As Woodlands Trail Ranger, Rob leads our youngest Trailmen (grades K-5) through the Woodlands Trail program — foundational outdoor skills, character lessons, and hands-on mentorship, all built to be fun and age-appropriate. He guides this group as they work toward earning their branch pins on the path to the Timberline Award.

Navigators Trailmaster

Aaron Jerde

As Navigators Trailmaster, Aaron leads our Navigators — Trailmen who've graduated from Woodlands Trail and are taking on rank advancement, deeper skill-building, and their first real leadership responsibilities within the troop. He mentors this group as they grow into the older Adventurer years.

Adventurer Advisor

Ben Hamilton

As Adventurer Advisor, Ben leads our oldest Trailmen, the Adventurers, mentoring them through advanced leadership roles, high-adventure outings, and the work toward earning the Freedom Award. He also helps this group start thinking beyond the troop — building the character and skills they'll carry into adulthood.

Membership Chair

Matthew Kennedy

As Membership Chair, Matthew is the first stop for new families — walking them through what it means to join Troop 337, handling registration and renewals, and making sure the paperwork side of things stays simple. If you're considering joining or have questions about signing up, he's the one to reach out to.

Outdoor Activities Chair

Brad Stave

As Outdoor Activities Chair, Brad plans and coordinates Troop 337's monthly outdoor program — hikes, campouts, and backpacking trips throughout the year. He handles the logistics behind the scenes, from locations and permits to gear, so the troop can just show up and go have an adventure.
